They didn’t exactly share their respective weights. But the preview showed that they’re both somewhere above 500 pounds. They call themselves “fat hotties with the bodies.” Jasmine and Nesha don’t deny their addiction to food. But their time will run out if they don’t start changing their ways.
TLC’s New Weight Loss Show With A Twist
TLC recently released a new preview clip for the upcoming premiere of 1000-Lb Roomies. The trailer was filled with silly moments between Jasmine and Nesha. Many were surprised that they could still fit in the car and hang out with their families. However, the preview later turned into their bad habits, going to fast food restaurants left and right. According to Jasmine, they have tried many ways to lose weight, but they weren’t successful. They even tried drinking sea moss, which ultimately failed. Jasmine added, “We’ve tried so many things to lose weight. But now it’s time to get busy. I’m all my daughter has. I have to be here for her.”
Jasmine was also warned that she may not survive if she doesn’t undergo weight loss surgery. But she had to shed a significant amount of weight before she got the green light for the operation. What makes it worse is that Jasmine is scared of surgeries, which could make things even more complicated when the day comes.
1000-Lb Roomies: Jasmine & Nesha’s Difficult Journey
The 1000-Lb Roomies preview also showed that it’s not going to be an easy journey for Jasmine and Nesha. In one of their scenes, Nesha expressed her frustration about being stuck on the scale all the time. But she had no other choice but to watch her weight to see if she’s making proper progress. Fans can also expect scary moments throughout the season. One of them was when Jasmine faced severe pain in her leg during her program, saying, “I’m in pain. It’s everywhere. I am in so much pain. I’m really trying my best to hold on,” before getting taken by an ambulance.
