While Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson is already 17, a lot of fans still think of her as a little girl. She has been working since she started on her own show, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. Yet after learning the teen’s estimated wealth for 2022, it might be best for her to just relish her youth. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo: The Lost Episodes, a 2017 television special, featured four episodes that had been recorded for the fifth season of the show, but due to it being canceled were never aired.

With her various sayings, including “A dolla make me holla, Honey Boo Boo child!” and “redneckognize,” Honey Boo Boo’s outrageous character allowed for some memorable reality TV moments. The tiny powerhouse was never short on humorous banter, and viewers kept tuning in to hear what she would say next.

Where did she get $1 million from? It goes without saying that the family profited handsomely from their series and its follow-ups, Mama June: From Not to Hot and Road to Redemption. Regrettably, Alana had to move in with her big sister Pumpkin because of June’s substance struggles. Pumpkin’s house was full because in addition to Pumpkin’s husband, they also had a baby named Ella. Soon after Jessica, their oldest sister moved home. As it appears, June wasn’t taking care of anything or contributing anything to the home; just herself.

Moving into 2021, Pumpkin continued to witness their mother throwing money away on various things, as well as people, even though they were having financial trouble. She also had a second child that year, Bentley.

In 2022 things with Mama June took a different turn. Pumpkin was granted sole custody of Alana. She also gave birth to twins, a month later. This made her a mother of four in addition to Alana. While June was ordered to pay $800.00 a month in child support for Alana, money was tight. The entire family was promoting merchandise, cameos, meet and greets, and sharing their CashApps because of it.

In 2018 HBB was on the show Dancing With the Stars Juniors with dance partner Tristan Ianiero Artem Chigvintsev. She also signed a sponsorship agreement with Boston Market. And in 2021 Alana Thompson went on to participate on The Masked Singer with her mother June. Not only that, but she also made the cover of Teen Vogue that same year!

Alana created her own Instagram account, allowing followers to follow the former pageant queen and view as many pictures as they like. Several unexpectedly wise words could be found among comical pictures, such as this one from 2019: You know what you got to do when life gets you down? Just keep Swimming. Alana also started selling merchandise on her Instagram account. T-shirts and hoodies that say things like, ‘Not today Boo Boo’ and ‘Back it up Boo Boo’ are available. She also gets paid partnerships on Instagram which help a great deal financially.

In fall of 2022 Alana started school at the Georgia Military College in a dual enrollment program. She keeps moving up in life, and keeps pushing forward. Currently, according to Celebrity Net Worth, Alana Thompson is worth $400,000.00. She doesn’t do a lot of spending because honestly, $400,000.00 doesn’t go as far as it used to. With paying for college now, she continues to bring money in, wherever and whenever she can.
